Q: What is a front load dumpster?
A: A front load dumpster is used for trash or recycling removal. We service our dumpsters on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or on a monthly basis.
Q: Who uses a front load dumpster?
A: They are used by businesses that do not have local or township trash pick-up. Businesses such as offices, retail stores, shopping malls, schools, municipalities, restaurants, and apartment buildings.
Q: What size front load dumpsters do we have available?
A: We provide businesses and commercial properties with 2, 4, 6, 8 cubic yard containers
Q: What size dumpster do I need?
A: Good rule of thumb is that a 2-yard dumpster will hold (3) to (4) residential carts. Most retail stores will order an 8-yard dumpster serviced weekly and then service can be adjusted to bi-weekly if you find the container not being filled up.
Q: What materials can NOT be placed in the dumpster?
A: Hazardous waste, liquids or special wastes such as paints or pesticides may not be disposed of in a front load container. Some types of materials may not be mixed in the load if they are required by law to be recycled such as cardboard. We can provide you with a separate container for your recycling.
Q: People are dumping trash in my dumpster. What can I do?
A: Unfortunately, illegal dumping is a reality these days. We offer gravity locks which are available for a one time fee.
Q: When is payment due?
A: We accept checks, all major credit cards and we also offer credit card auto-pay.
Roll-Off Facts
Q: What is a roll off (dumpster)?
A: A trash container that has four sides that is open on top and has doors that open in the back. It is called a “roll off” because we roll-it-off the back of our truck onto your delivery or yard.
Q: Is there anything I cannot put in my dumpster?
A: The following items cannot be placed in a dumpster: hazardous waste, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos material, tires, liquids, electronics or any item containing Freon (refrigerators/air conditioners).
Q: How long can I keep my dumpster?
A: We give you the dumpster for 7 days, it will be automatically picked up on the 8th day. We can always work with you if your jobs seem to be going every 14 days.
Q: Can I place the container in my driveway?
A: If you have a asphalt driveway we recommend that you provide four pieces of wood to be placed under the wheels. Note: To specify the exact placement location of the dumpster your presence may be required at time of delivery.
Q: How far in advance should I order my dumpster?
A: We can typically deliver your dumpster with as little as a days notice; however, the more notice the better. The dumpsters are delivered on a “first come-first served” basis.
Q: How high can I fill the dumpster?
A: The dumpster may be completely filled up to a point where the contents are level with the top edge of the container.
Q: What forms of payment will you accept?
A: Check, all major credit cards or corporate charge accounts for commercial customers (subject to qualification and credit approval.) When paying with check there may be a deposit needed.
Q: When is payment due?
A: There are two options: 1) Credit card payment is due over the phone when the order is placed along with any required deposits. 2) Check payment is due upon delivery of the dumpster.
